在國外生病了怎麼辦？生病英文這樣表達

在國外留學或工作最害怕的就是生病了！
國外看醫生基本上費用都不便宜，記得有個朋友在英國看個牙醫，就花了英鎊40磅...差不多是台幣1400左右 (驚)

因此大部分都會到藥局自行買藥，除了身體不適以外當下要怎麼準確地告知醫生或藥師症狀更令人頭疼。
今天我們就要來介紹在醫院或是藥局的基本單字以及對話，讓你在國外也能獲得良好的治療。
當然，這些詞句也非常適用在你的托福或者雅思考試中囉。

先帶大家簡單認識生病症狀的單字以及簡單例句！

【單字及例句】

分成以下六類

一、感冒
Cold/Sick 較輕微的感冒
ill 較嚴重一點的感冒
Flu 泛指流感



用法為
I’m sick/ill.
I’m feeling sick/ill.
Have/Caught a cold.
Have/Caught the flu.

症狀如下:
1.stuffy nose 鼻塞

2.a sore throat 喉嚨痛
He has a sore throat and stuffy nose.
他喉嚨痛而且鼻子不通。

3.runny nose 流鼻水
I have a runny nose.

4.cough 咳嗽

5.sneeze 打噴嚏
I’ve been coughing and sneezing. 
我一直咳嗽跟打噴嚏。

6.fever/have a temperature 發燒
I think I have a slight fever.
我認為我有點發燒。

7.headache 頭痛
I had a splitting headache. 
頭痛欲裂

8.dizzy 頭暈
I feel dizzy.

二、腸胃不適



1.diarrhea 拉肚子 
He has trouble with diarrhea.
他拉肚子。

2.constipation 便秘
I'm suffering from constipation.
我有便秘的困擾。 

3.abdominal distention 腹漲 
She feels abdominal distention.
她感到腹脹。

4.abdominal pain 腹痛 
He has bouts of abdominal pain.
他肚子一陣陣的痛。

5.nausea 噁心 

6.vomiting 嘔吐
I feel nausea and vomiting.
我感到噁心想吐。

7.stomachache 胃痛 
He ate too much and had a stomachache.
他吃得太多所以胃痛。

三、外傷



1.bruise 瘀青
I got a big bruise on my arm.
我的手臂有個大瘀青。

2.scratches/ scrapes 擦傷，挫傷
I scraped my knee when I fell.
我跌倒時擦傷了。

3.slash 割傷
I’m slashed with edge of paper
我被紙割傷了。

4.fracture 裂開、骨折
I have a fracture in my leg.
我的腳骨折了。

5.ankle sprain 腳踝扭傷
I sprained my ankle yesterday.
昨天我扭傷了腳踝。

四、生理問題



1.sore muscle 肌肉酸痛 
I have sore muscles.

2.neck pain, neck strain, acute fibrositis 落枕 
I sprained my neck.

3.dislocation 脫臼 
He came in the hospital with a dislocation of the shoulder.
他因為肩膀脫臼所以來醫院。

4.have a stye/sty 長針眼 
I have a sty in the eye.

5.edema; water retention 水腫 
It is easy to develop lower body edema.
下半身容易水腫。

6.cramp 抽筋
I've got a cramp in my foot. 
我的腳抽筋了!

五、情緒症狀



1.stree out 壓力
 Studying for exams always stresses me out. 
為了考試準備唸書總是讓我感到壓力很大。

2.anxiety 焦慮 
Whenever I feel anxiety, I will drink a cup of milk and relax.
當我感到焦慮時我會喝杯牛奶放鬆。

3.blue; down; depressed 心情低落 
I am very depressed.
我感到非常低落。

4.depression  憂鬱
 He's suffering from depression.
他被憂鬱所困。

5.break down 崩潰 
She suffers a nervous breakdown.
她精神崩潰了

1.itchy skin 皮膚癢
Allergies can also cause red , itchy skin

2.bug stings 蚊蟲叮咬
I get a bug stings on the leg.

3.hay fever 過敏性鼻炎；花粉熱
I ' ve got a hay fever.

B:我一直咳嗽跟打噴嚏。

B:有好幾天了
Several days.
B:Here is your prescription. Please pick up your medicine at the pharmacy.
這是你的處方簽，請去藥局拿藥。

【藥局對話】

A:午安。我可以看一下您的處方簽嗎？
Good afternoon. May I see your prescription? 
B:在這裡。
Here it is.

A:你的藥配好了，這是您的藥。 
Your medicine is ready. Here's your prescription.
A:你得在每餐每餐飯後服用。一天吃三次一次一粒。止痛藥請在你需要時服用。
You have to take this medicine after each meal. Take one tablet three times a day. Take the painkiller only when you need it.
